Terms of Service
Last updated September 23, 2026
1. Service
ShyPilot AI provides AI-assisted business tools. Current tools include marketing-content generation and lead-management features. The AI Front Desk product is launching in stages and may include call answering, lead intake, approved FAQ responses, call routing, summaries, transcripts, and supported appointment-booking integrations after the customer’s setup is configured and tested.
2. Founding-customer reservations
Submitting the founding-customer reservation form is an expression of interest only. It does not start a subscription, authorize a payment, or guarantee immediate activation. Promotional pricing applies only if the customer later chooses to activate an eligible plan while the founding offer remains available. The promotional price applies to the first three paid months after activation; the regular monthly rate begins in month four unless otherwise stated at activation.
3. Front Desk usage
Front Desk plans include the monthly AI call-minute allowance shown for the selected plan at activation. Usage above the included allowance may be billed at the overage rate disclosed before activation. Third-party telephony, SMS, calendar, CRM, or other provider charges may apply when a customer chooses features that require them.
4. Customer configuration and accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate hours, services, service areas, prices, policies, escalation rules, booking requirements, and other business information. AI systems can make mistakes. ShyPilot uses configuration, fallback rules and testing to reduce errors, but does not guarantee that every call, transcript, summary, routing decision, generated response, or integration action will be error-free.
5. Calls, recording, transcription and disclosures
Voice features may use automated call processing, recording, transcription or summaries depending on the customer’s configuration and provider. Customers are responsible for ensuring their use of call recording, consent notices, automated communications, SMS, and industry-specific workflows complies with laws and rules that apply to their business and callers. Regulated or high-risk workflows should not be enabled without appropriate review and required provider agreements.
6. Marketing content
Customers must review generated marketing content before publishing it and confirm claims, prices, promotions, service descriptions, rights to materials, and required disclosures are accurate and appropriate.
7. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for your account and the information you provide. Do not use the service to impersonate others, deceive callers, facilitate fraud or abuse, violate intellectual-property rights, or conduct unlawful activity.
8. Subscriptions, purchases and billing
Paid plans renew automatically on the billing interval shown at checkout until canceled. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not ordinarily refund a billing period or completed one-time service, except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
9. Availability and integrations
Third-party phone, carrier, calendar, CRM, AI, messaging and payment providers may change or interrupt their services. ShyPilot may modify, replace, limit or discontinue integrations as needed. No specific third-party integration is guaranteed until it has been successfully connected and tested for the customer.
10. Business results
ShyPilot AI does not guarantee a particular number of calls, leads, bookings, sales, revenue, cost savings or other business outcome.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. ShyPilot AI is not responsible for indirect, consequential or lost-profit damages arising from service interruptions, AI errors, customer configuration, third-party systems, or use of generated content.
12. Updates
These terms may be updated as the product, providers, billing system or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date.
These early-stage terms should be reviewed by qualified counsel as the business scales, enters regulated industries, or expands automated calling and messaging.
