1. Service
ShyPilot AI is an online software service that uses artificial intelligence to create marketing drafts and planning materials based on information customers provide. The service is self-service and does not provide a dedicated marketing employee, legal advice, financial advice, or guaranteed business results.
2. Your responsibility for content
You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it. You must confirm that claims, prices, promotions, service descriptions, rights to images or other materials, and any legally required disclosures are accurate and appropriate for your business and industry.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for access to your account and for providing accurate business information. Do not use the service to impersonate others, deceive customers, violate intellectual-property rights, distribute unlawful content, or facilitate fraud or abuse.
4. Subscriptions, one-time purchases, and billing
Paid plans renew automatically on the billing interval shown at checkout until canceled. You may manage or cancel your subscription through the online billing portal. ShyPilot AI also offers one-time custom marketing requests at the price and scope shown before checkout. One-time purchases do not create a recurring subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe using the payment methods available for the customer and transaction. Fulfillment begins only after Stripe confirms the payment. Cancellation stops future subscription renewals and does not ordinarily refund a billing period or completed one-time service already purchased, except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
5. AI limitations
AI output can contain errors, omissions, or unsuitable suggestions. ShyPilot AI does not guarantee that generated content will be unique, error-free, compliant with every law or platform policy, or produce a particular marketing or financial result.
6. Availability and changes
We may improve, modify, limit, or discontinue features as the service evolves. We aim to maintain reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis and ShyPilot AI is not responsible for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of generated marketing content or service interruptions.
8. Termination
Accounts may be restricted or terminated for abuse, unlawful use, attempts to compromise the service, or material violations of these terms.
9. Updates
These terms may be updated as the product, billing system, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date.
These initial terms are intended for an early-stage software launch and should be reviewed by qualified counsel as the business grows or enters regulated markets.
